Lots of helpers cleaned up marsh

Saturday a crew of about 25 people spent the morning cleaning up the trash around the Dufferin Marsh in Schomberg.

There was a lot of trash this year and I want to thank everyone who helped for all their hard work. It looks great.

Now it is clean it will be easier to keep it that way.

I would like to encourage everyone to use the garbage cans by the bulletin board and in Neiuland Park. Don't forget to pick up after your dog. If you see litter, maybe you could take the time to pick it up.

The marsh is more enjoyable when it is clean.
