It was a perfect day for getting out to enjoy the winter landscape recently, while there was still snow on the ground. That's what the students at the Montessori Country School did as they took part in their annual winter carnival. The day featured a whole host of fun activities. Teacher Stephanie Swaine and Casa student Hayley Nyman were able to take a quick trip around the site, courtesy of this dog team from Windlift Kennel in Moonstone. Scott Nutt was driving the team.
Sarah Bindi, in Casa 2, was getting in some snowshoeing.
Casa 3 student Jayden Rogers was bouncing around a bit on this obstacle course.
This group was giving it their all in the tug-of-war.
