Award-winning local designer has happy customers throughout GTA

King Township Interior Design firm, Valerie Rowley Interiors was been awarded first place for a kitchen renovation at the prestigious 2008 Canadian Decorator's Association (CDECA) Industry Awards Ceremony, recently held in Toronto at the Interior Design Show.

The innovative kitchen, employing the unusual feature of curved countertops with corresponding curved cabinetry below and curved corners on the upper cabinetry, was constructed of dark brown cherry with quartz countertops. The stainless steel mosaic tile backsplash, taken right up above the window, echoes the stainless steel appliances and hardware. The effect is contemporary, streamlined and spacious. Hard to do in a very confined area.
