Schomberg Agricultural Society and the Farm Tour

Committee want to sincerely thank the three farms that allowed us to visit them on March 8th, for our annual Farm

Tour, who's Theme was "Sheep and Goats".
The three families were:
Dan & Karen Baker and family - Baker Ridge Farm
Karl and Jan Stewart - Egalacres Farm
Norm & Dianne King and families - Kingsview Farm

On one of the worst winter days we have had, 140 people braved the storm to visit these farms and we want to thank them and hope they had a great day.

A special thank-you also, to all the businesses that presold the tickets/maps for us and all the local newspapers for their great coverage.

To our own members who came out to help at the farms, sell tickets at the clubhouse and make and serve lunch, we couldn't have done it without you.

Remember to visit us at the Fair, May 22-25, 2008 to see more demonstrations & shows regarding our Theme "Sheep & Goats".

"Fairis" the goat that was born at last years fair, would like to share his birthday cake with you on Sunday afternoon near the Goat Show Ring
