Members of the Happy Times Euchre Club enjoyed a wonderful pot-luck Lunch March 19. It's always so amazing how a pot-luck gettogether works out, with great food, desserts and friendship!.

Thanks to all the members who participated and we're sorry that some members couldn't make it for various reasons.

In the euchre, the top player among the ladies was Irene Palmer, followed by Elaine Ruddy, Mary Duggan and Phyllis Gallatly. The lucky draw winner was Doreen Matson and the Carrying Prize went to Peggy Johnston.

Leading the way for the men was Walter Hill, followed by Dan Gould, Bob Bishop and Murray Kaake. Jake Steenhoek won the lucky draw and John Banks collected the Carrying Prize.

The 50/50 draw winners were Peggy Johnston and Helen Groombridge.

Although Peggy Johnston felt like she was putting down roots because she only moved once during the afternoon, there was someone else who had a lower score at the end of play.
