Cocktail hat making workshop at museum

Historian Ninette Gyorody will be conducting a cocktail hat making workshop at King Township Museum April 12.

It promises to be an elegant afternoon of hat making, tea and light refreshments at the museum. At this workshop, participants will learn traditional millinery techniques while creating a velvet hat. Basic hand sewing skills are an asset.

The workshop will run from 1 until 4 p.m. at the museum. The cost is $30 per person and refreshments will be included.
