Become water wise at community meeting

The Lake Simcoe Region Conservation Authority and its partners invite the public to a community meeting to answer questions about where water comes from, where it goes and what can be done to help ensure an abundant and safe supply of water.

The meeting is scheduled for tonight (Wednesday) and will be held at the Schomberg Library at 77 Main St. in Schomberg.

Experts will be on hand to explain and show how water moves through the environment.

They will also be able to tell what is being done to protect the safety of water, and what the public can do to contribute in a positive way.
