LION HONOURED

Lion Dr. David Harper was presented with the Harry A. Newman Award last Monday by the Nobleton Lions Club. Harry A. Newman was the first Canadian President of the Lions Club International in 1924. This prestigious award is presented to members who show leadership in the fight against diabetes and in volunteer work in and around their community. Presenting the award was Lion Jim Castator (right) and Lion resident Alan Scott (left).
