Sheep and goats brought people out Saturday

The weather tried to keep people home Saturday, but a collection of sheep and goats were able to draw a lot of them out. The Schomberg Agricultural Society held their annual Farm Tour Saturday, highlighting three sheep and goat operations in New Tecumseth. These tiny lambs were in a pen at Bakerridge Farm, offering Sarah Osmond, 4, Genevieve Carroll, 7, and Jack Carroll, 10, a great view.
The Agricultural Society provided a bus to help some people get around the tour through Saturday's snow. Jake Steenhoek was helping Mary Hammett down at one of the stops.
This goat at Egalacres Farm had to reach up a bit to get at the goodies offered him by Nicolas Guevara-Mann, 11, of Holland Landing. His brother Daniel, 8, was busy capturing the scene with his camera.
Kieron Hehn of Beeton was making sure two-year-old Zinnia got a good look at the little lambs at Kingsview Farm on the 5th Line.
King Councillor Bill Cober was holding this lamb, just a week and a half old, so his daughters Taylor, 5, and Kennedy, 2, could get a good look at it at Bakerridge Farm.
This goat, a resident of Egalacres Farm on the 9th Line, was introduced to Sara and Nicole Hayward, 8, of Schomberg, and their father Mark.
