ARTIST VISITS KCSS

In February, the Grade 10 art class at King City Secondary School had a special guest. Lieselotte Bollmann demonstrated to the class the art of Scherenschnitt. This old German paper craft requires a lot of patience. With sharp, pointy scissors beautiful patterns are cut out. Bollmann is a well known artist in this field. The class enjoyed her art and demonstration. This presentation was co-ordinated by Ms. Chan, head of the art department, and Zohreh Zand of Arts Society King.
