York Regional Police held program to launch Black History Month

The highlight of the ceremonies was the unveiling of this poster commemorating the month by its creator Robert Small and Chief Armand La Barge. A whole host of dignitaries was at the Community Safety Village in Stouffville recently as York Regional Police launched their observances of Black History Month Simone Soman sang the anthems, with Inspector Robertson Rouse in the background.
