Concert held in benefit of St. Alban's Church
There was a benefit concert for St. Alban's Anglican Church in Nobleton last Saturday, in support of efforts to raise money to help repair flood dmage at the church last month. The Arcadia Academy of Music had some of its talented musicians perform at the benefit and the Township of King donated the space in the arena. The Country Bake Shoppe, Grackle Coffee Company and Cappuccino Bakery all donated food and drinks for the musical event. The band the Rusty Farmers performed, consisting of Mike Barrett, Stephanie Sant, Chad Burford, Justin Vannoort, Jeff Vannoort, Hugh Barnett and Chelsea Burford. Dan Longmire was on drums.

Chad Burford with Stephanie Sant performed an act at last Saturday's benefit concert. Ian Tushingham and Helder Mendonca performed two songs, which included La Bomba and Keep on Rocking in the Free World.
