Diaries of five Canadian women on display at museum

Glimpses into the social world of women in the 19th century are currently available at the King Township Museum.

Five Canadian Women and their Diaries, an exhibit on loan from the Archives of Ontario, is at the museum during March and April.

This exhibit explores the lives of several women from that time, through their personal writings. This is a rare chance to understand the social world of women from their own perspectives.

Admission to view our exhibits is always free.

The museum is at 2920 King Rd., in King City. Call (905) 833-2331 or e-mail to kingmuseum@king.ca for more information.
