In keeping with a tradition she's followed for the last several years, Mayor Margaret Black donned this red hat to preside over the last council meeting before breaking for the holidays. The mayor wished everyone well for the season. The Township offices will close for the holidays at 4:30 p.m. Dec. 21, reopening Jan. 2.
