Irene Palmer was tops among the ladies in the Nov. 14 gathering of the Happy Times Euchre Club.

She was followed by Greta Graham, Phyllis Gallatley and Shirley Kitchen. The lucky draw was won by Doreen Matson. At the mens' tables, the top player was Andy Patterson, followed by John Banks, Ken Hodgson and Gloria Clarkson. Bill Groombridge won the lucky draw. The 50/50 draw winners were Dan Gould and Bob Bishop.

In Nov. 21 play, Irene Palmer again led the ladies, followed by Shirley Stonehouse, Mildred Jessop and Phyllis Gallatley. Joan Edwards was the lucky draw winner for the ladies. Leading the way on the men's cards was Bill Groombridge, followed by Murray Edwards, Gloria Clarkson and Albert Drury. The lucky draw as won by Al Jackson The 50/50 draw winner that day was Jake Steenhoek, who had both winning numbers

It was also Ken Hodgson's 85th birthday.
