Holiday hijinks coming to Blackhorse Theatre

Christmas is coming early to the Blackhorse Theatre as the group prepares to launch their 37th season with Sorry! Wrong Chimney! a yuletide farce written by Jack Sharkey and Leo W. Sears.

David Tuttle is moonlighting as a department store Santa so that he can buy his wife a fur for Christmas. He tells his wife that he is working late at the office, but she finds out he isn't spending his evenings there working overtime. A suspected other woman, hypnotism, the notorious Santa burglar Kris Kreigle and his gun-toting fiance, a confused policeman add up to a rollicking tale that is hilarious, at Christmas time or anytime.

Diana Crabtree is at the helm as director for the second time at Blackhorse and is delighted to be surrounded with the talents of Ashleigh Marshall, Larry Hines, Jeanette Massicotte, Greg CeBelak, Pam Cooper, John Rowe and Ross Jackson.

Sorry! Wrong Chimney! opens Nov. 9 and performances run through to Nov. 24, with a preview Nov. 7.
