Mayor Margaret Black started last Monday's council by meeting making a presentation to Ken Rice, who recently retired from the Township's Works Department. He was employed in general maintenance, which meant he was in demand for a host of jobs. Black commented she is asked "Where is Kenny?" every day. "You're very missed here," she told him.
