Fire fighters holding carnival for Camp Bucko

The newest recruits for King Fire and Emergency Services will be holding a charity carnival Sept. 23 to raise funds for Camp Bucko.

Camp Bucko is a facility located near Minden which offers programs for children recovering from burn injuries.

The carnival will run from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. at Memorial Park (located behind the arena in King City. It will include a host of family activities, including games, face painting, balloons, jumping castles, a dunk tank, barbecue and much more.

All proceeds of this event will go to Camp Bucko, and donations will be accepted on site.
