      York Region has issued a mandatory Stage 2 Outdoor Water Use Ban for Aurora and the community of Oak Ridges in Richmond Hill. Oak Ridges is bounded by Bloomington Road, Leslie Street, Stouffville Road/Jefferson Sideroad and Bathurst Street.
