Guitar quartet from Denmark in concert at museum

Arts Society King and the King Township Museum will be presenting a performance of the Corona Guitar Quartet (CGQ) from Denmark June 7.

CGQ's repertoire spans from the Renaissance to the present day, the latter including both new and energetic composition music, the sonorous magic of Impressionism and the sensuality of Latin music. The quartet's diverse recitals open up a world of impressions when old music is reflected in contemporary music, across national and cultural barriers.

This will be the last day of their Canadian Tour. The concert will be at the museum on King Road. It will be from 7:30 until 9 p.m. Donations will be accepted.
