Community comes out for party to celebrate Victoria Day

The weather couldn't have been better Monday for the annual Victoria Day celebrations in Nobleton. The local Lions organized the parade through the village, and they put together one of the many colourful floats taking part.
Nobleton Fire Hall was decked out in the spirit of the day.
The fun activities Monday included pony rides, and Jackson Maier, 5, of Nobleton was able to mount up. The ponies were supplied by A and A Farmyard Friends.
Nobleton Sparks were waving to the crowds from their parade float.
There were a lot of enthusiastic young people riding the float entered by the King Township Baseball Association.
There were some cut-out scenes, at which people could pose, like Brittany Hendrych, 8, of Nobleton and her brother Christopher, 4.
Numerous students of Arcadia Academy of Music performed on stage at the festivities, including Amanda Forestieri, 9, of Nobleton
There was a large crowd out Monday night to see the spectacular fireworks display, presented by the Nobleton Firefighters.
