York to look at industry education council

York Regional council recently endorsed a staff report providing background research on industry/business education councils in other jurisdictions and provided authorization to conduct a feasibility study for the establishment of an Industry Education Council here.

Staff will report back to council in the last quarter of 2007 with the findings of the feasibility study, including a work plan for the next phase.
