Spring Tea

Christ Church Kettleby, at 292 Kettleby Rd., is having a Spring Tea this Saturday (May 5), from 2 to 4 p.m.

In addition to afternoon tea, there will be a bake sale, baby quilts, a Nearly New shop, white elephant goods and Watkins products.

yard sale

The graduating Grade 8 class at Kettleby Public School will be having a huge yard sale to raise funds for their end of the year activities May 12.

It will be at 75 Cutting Cres. in Pottageville from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m., rain or shine.

This sale will have something for everyone and everything must be sold, so mark this date on your calendars.

Plant sale at York Pines

The York Pines United Church Women (UCW) will be holding a plant sale May 12 at the church.

There promises to be a great selection of perennials, annuals, bulbs, houseplants and more, at great prices. People are also invited to drop in for homemade muffins and coffee. The gardening advice is free.

The sale will run from 9 a.m. until noon. The church is at 3150 Lloydtown - Aurora Rd.
