The Schomberg Lions are inviting people to join them for their Charter Night Dinner and Dance April 14 at Schomberg Arena.

Tickets are only $25 per person.

Pop-Can Crush-athon

Come and have fun with the Schomberg Lions June 9 at the arena parking lot. Bring your pop cans between 8 a.m. 1 p.m. and help crush them so that they can sell the scrap metal for cash which goes to fund all community projects.

In addition you can participate in the Garage Sale $15 per table.

The top player for the ladies at the April 4 session of the Happy Times Euchre Club was Peggy Johnston, followed by Irene Palmer, Sonya Meyer and Mildred Jessop. The lucky draw winner was Dorothy Rodgers. Leading things at the men's tables was Blake Coulter, followed by Trevor Graham, Annie Hill and Albert Drury. Jake Steenhoek won the lucky draw.

The 50/50 draw winners were Helen Groombridge and Ken Hodgson.
