Lots of daffodils for sale
There was plenty of yellow to be seen throughout the area last week as volunteers with the Canadian Cancer Society were pitching in with the annual fund-raising sale of daffodils. Janine Vickers of the Nobleton area and her son Brett made a sale Thursday to King City area resident Nicolee Hathaway. The Vickers were representing the Major MacKenzie Unit. Barb Prince and Mary Dove were selling the flowers at Schomberg IGA Friday for the Holland River Unit of the Society.
