PEEWEE WINGS TIED IN THEIR SERIES
The Schomberg peewee 1 Red Wings, sponsored by Schomberg IGA, got things off to a good start in the opening game of their playoff series against this crew for Oak Ridges. This Wing attacker was getting by a group of foes. The host Schomberg team won the game 3-1, but Oak Ridges tied the series with a 2-1 verdict the following day on their ice. The series resumes tonight (Wednesday) in Oak Ridges and returns to Schomberg for a 7 p.m. start tomorrow. The fifth game in the series is scheduled for Saturday in Schomberg at 4:30 p.m. A sixth game, if necessary, will be Monday in Oak Ridges and game seven will be next Wednesday (March 28) in Schomberg at 7 p.m., if it's required.
