An Inconvenient Truth showing at libraries Arts Society King, in conjunction with the King Township Public Library, the Dufferin Marsh Committee and Cold Creek Forest and Wildlife Area, will be sponsoring a series of films and panel discussions related to the environment. The first film will be the most recent - An Inconvenient Truth with Al Gore. There will be two showings: March 21 at the King City Library starting at 7 p.m., and March 29 at Schomberg Library, also at 7. Panel members will include meteorologist Phil Chadwick, environmental toxicologist Gordon Craig and Skid Crease from the Kortright Centre for Conservation in Kleinburg. There is no charge for the evenings. |
