Museum hosting another watercolour workshop

Local artist Ken MacFarlane will be conducting an intermediate level watercolour workshop March 24 at the King Township Museum.

The workshop will run from 9:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. The cost will be $65, and a $35 deposit (mailed to Ken MacFarlane, 12792 Weston Rd., King City, Ontario, L7B 1K4) is required.

The session will include demonstrations, personal instruction, a material list, agenda, handouts, coffee and tea.

Explore watercolour techniques with traditional rural landscapes and buildings. An informative demonstration will include rendering skies, trees and rural buildings. Perspective instruction will provide the participant with an understanding of how to simplify the rural scene.

All supplies are the responsibility of the participants.
