Schomberg United Church

Pancakes will be on the menu at Schomberg United Church Feb. 20 for Pancake Tuesday. The dinner will run from 5 until 7 p.m.

And St. Patrick's Day will be celebrated at the church too, with an Irish Stew supper March 17. Again, it will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Happy Times Euchre Club

The top player for the ladies at the Feb. 7 session of the Happy Times Euchre Club was Mary Hammett, followed by Marjorie Williamson, Peggy Johnston and Irene Palmer. The lucky draw was won by Mildred Jessop. At the men's tables, the top player was Annie Hill, followed by Al Jackson, Jake Steenhoek and Dan Gould. Bill Groombridge won the lucky draw.

The 50/50 draw winners were Ken Hodgson and Walter Hill.
