THE ROSE GALLERY OPENED
She's usually asked to cut a ribbon, but Friday saw Mayor Margaret Black cut a wood fillet, which was more in keeping with the type of work done at The Rose Gallery in King City. Owned and operated by Janice and Ron Ivany, the gallery specializes in conservation custom framing for various works of art, such as oil paintings, prints, needlework, certificates, etc. The gallery is on Doctors Lane, and is open Tuesdays to Fridays from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
