Local libraries are in the Valentine's spirit

The local libraries in King Township have not forgotten that Valentine's Day is upon us. Events have been held recently to mark the advent of the occasions. Serena Krawczyk, 6, and her sister Jessica, 8, were busy with their crafts in Schomberg. Simone Manning, 7, was picking out the right decorations for her Valentine creation in King City. Charlotte Lawson, 3, of King City was making sure she had enough glue for her Valentine work. Lisa Ohberg, youth worker at the King City Library, was helping youngsters make Valentines on computers last Saturday. Blair MacLeod, 6, Emily Carinci, 8 and her sister Sophia, 6, were among those working on creations. Photeini Kandiotis of Kettleby was helping her two-year-old daughter Thekla with her Valentine creation in Schomberg. Ingrid Wright was reading Valentine stories to the youngsters who attended Saturday's party in Schomberg.
