Host Red Wings take consolation round in atom tourney
      There were two representatives of the Schomberg Red Wings in the recent Red and White atom local league tournament, and the Schomberg 2 club, sponsored by Concord Hydraulics, ended up with the consolation title. Neither team was able to get a berth in the championship match.

Minor peewee Knights fall to Aurora

      The NobleKing minor peewee rep Knights were unable to win more than one game in their opening OMHA playoffs series. The Knights were only able to score once in the fourth game against Aurora, losing the match 4-1. They now move on to the roundrobin series that starts the York Simcoe championships.
