Lions will serve pancakes Feb. 20

Mark your calendars!

The Nobleton Lions Club will hold its Annual Pancake Supper once again this year Feb. 20 at the Old Community Hall just north of the arena.

Serving will begin at 5:30 p.m. and end at 8 p.m. sharp. Watch your mailbox for a reminder card just prior to the event. Hope to see you there.

St. Paul's Presbyterian

Church

Join us tonight (Wednesday) for our midweek service at 7 p.m.

This service lasts 20 minutes and is ideal for those in our community who are unable to attend a regular Sunday morning service.

Mark your calendars for our two World Day of Prayer Bible studies which will take place Feb. 15 and a22 at 9:30 a.m. The World Day of Prayer service will take place at St. Paul's March 2 at 1:30 p.m.

We have Bible study groups meeting at the church Mondays at 1 p.m., Thursdays at 9:30 a.m. and 7 p.m., Saturdays at 8:30 a.m. and Sundays at 11 a.m. We also have a Prayer group that meets Wednesdays at 7:30 p.m.

Join us this Sunday (Feb. 4) at 9:45 a.m. as we welcome Rev. Shawn Kennedy to the pulpit once again. Nursery care is provided during the service (for children five and under) and Sunday school for all ages follows the service at 11 a.m.

Seniors' euchre

Jan. 23 euchre winners were Cathy Kiekebelt, Iva Hilliard, Doris Hill, Bill Groombridge, Murray Kaake and Lou Curtis. There will be a meeting and euchre Feb. 6 at 1:30 p.m. at the Drop-in Centre.

St. Mary's CWL monthly

Reminder of the Catholic Women's League monthly meeting Feb. 10 at the Nobleton Community Hall. The meeting starts for the executive at 7 p.m. and the general meeting begins at 8. Everyone is welcome for both times. See you there. If you have not paid your dues, please try to do so by the end of the month, that is January.
