People at St. Mary's will be holding meetings to discuss the new church

The Vestaloynes

The King based band The Vestaloynes, consisting of Spencer Evoy, Sean Hingston, Alex Aleksic, Spacker Dave and Ben Reed, winners of Battle of the Bands Kingstock in August and the Battle of Bands at the University of Toronto in November, will be playing at Lee's Palace at 529 Bloor St. W. in Toronto tonight (Wednesday) at 8 p m. Come on down.

St. Paul's Presbyterian

Church

The Thursday morning men's and women's studies resume tomorrow, (Jan. 11) at 9:30 a.m. If you work from home or are retired, these studies are ideal for you! Please consider joining us.

The Saturday morning Men's study continues this Saturday, (Jan. 13) starting at 8:30 a.m.

Join us this Sunday morning at 9:45 a.m. as we welcome Rev. Dr. Jeff Loach from the Canadian Bible Society to the pulpit. Nursery care is provided during the service for children up to five years of age and Sunday school for all ages follows the service at 11 a.m.

Rev. Shawn Kennedy will conclude his three-part "cliff-hanger" series next Sunday (Jan. 21) at 9:45 a.m.

St. Mary's Catholic

Church

An open forum meeting with Fr. Paul and the steering committee is set for this coming Tuesday (Jan. 16) at 7 p.m. at the St. Mary School gym.

Other meeting dates are to be announced. There is going to be one meeting per month until May. Please attend if you are interested in participating in the building of our new church.

Catholic Women's League

There will be a membership drive after the mass at the St. Mary School gym and St. Patrick's Church this Sunday (Jan. 14). We are looking for new members to join this worthwhile organization.

The CWL is the largest national organization of Catholic women. In this parish, the CWL is involved in all ministries. We are an integral part of the parish community extending help in all areas of the church.

St. Alban's

needs a pianist

St. Alban's Anglican Church is looking for a piano accompanist or organist who can provide music for Sunday morning services.

No experience is required.
