Bill Fisch acclaimed to his fourth term as York Region chair
      Bill Fisch was acclaimed to his fourth term as York Regional Chair and CEO Thursday at the Inaugural meeting of the new Regional council. Fisch’s nomination was moved by Georgina Regional Councillor Danny Wheeler and was seconded by Markham Mayor Frank Scarpitti.
