Hospice holding open house tomorrow

Hospice King - Aurora will be holding its annual fall open house tomorrow (Thursday) at its offices at 155 King Rd. in Oak Ridges.

The open house will run from 4 until 7 p.m., and will offer the public an opportunity to meet and socialize with staff and volunteers, tour the facilities and gain some information about the organization. Hospice King - Aurora has been providing

professionally supervised volunteer support for individuals and families living with life-threatening illness or coping with loss since 1983. Programs include friendly visiting, client advocacy and volunteer driving, along with a range of complementary therapies and individual or group bereavement support.
