Remembrance Day is Saturday

The Schomberg Lions Club and Schomberg Agricultural Society will be combining their efforts this Saturday for the annual Remembrance Day observances at the local cenotaph, located in the parking lot of the Schomberg Community and Agricultural Arena.

Lion John Bradbury said the ceremonies will start at 10:45 a.m.

Fr. Suren Nathan, of the Anglican Parish of Lloydtown and Rev. Victor Poelzer of Schomberg United Church will be taking part, and Schomberg resident Lt.-Cmdr. Bob Gwalchmai will read the Roll of Honour.
