In your Oct. 25 issue, my opponent, James Durbano, is reported as having said that I have spent more than $500,000 fighting the sewers in King City.

This is incorrect, as first, I do not have such power and second, it was the decisions and actions of the mayor and some other councillors that caused unnecessary spending.
