Candidate's platform coming soon

King City area resident and candidate for mayor Mark Healy has some ideas he plans to implement if elected, but he's waiting until closer to voting day to announce them.

Healy, 47, is making his first venture into the policial arena, adding his 14-yearold son Devin is serving as campaign manager. He said he's planning to run a lowbudget campaign.

"I don't believe in spending all this campaign money," he said. "The voters are pretty shrewd. They know what to do."

Healy has extensive background in business, which he said should come in handy if he's successful. "To me, running the Township would be just like running a business."
