Puppies stolen

Be on the lookout for someone with new Doberman puppies or a person trying to sell them.

The six week old puppies were stolen from Richard Zabehlicky, who lives in the area of Highway 9 and Tottenham Road Sunday afternoon.

The five puppies - three black and tan, one silver with blue eyes and one reddish brown - could be worth up to $3,000 for the rarer ones.

They have had their tails done but not their ears and do not have their vaccinations or tattoos yet.

Without papers, someone would probably sell them for a few hundred dollars each, Zabehlicky said.
