Lots of goals being scored in under-6 soccer

The players in the under6 mixed division in the King City Youth Soccer Club have really been piling on the goals in recent weeks.
And while there have been a couple of lop-sided decisions, many of the matches have been very close.
July 19 saw one of the close ones, with Demarcation Point edging McPhillips Durkin Wealth Management. Stefano Ammaturo led the attack for the winners with a pair of goals while Pearce Baker netted a single and earned player of the game honours in the process. Mauro Biasutto drew similar recognition at the other end of the field for getting one for the Wealth Management goals, while Enrico Conetta scored the other one.
July 24 saw Orr and Forster Insurance blank Sabrina Food 3-0. Blake Anderson scored all the goals in the contest and Holden Murphy was player of the game for the winners. Brandon Barone was tops for the Sabrina side.
Langdon's coach Lines had a successful evening as they topped Moyer Quarries 7-3. Harrison Caines scored five times in the winning cause and Sara D'Urzo contributed to the scoring stats, as well as being named player of the game. Carson Moyer got two goals for the Quarry side, with Kathleen Anderson kicking in the other one. Heather Hudson was player of the game.

Clearview Motors posted an impressive 8-0 triumph over Ram Iron and Metal. Macenzie Taffo potted four goals in this outing, while Philip Scolieri contributed three and Christine Diceman got one. Taffo was player of the game for the victors too. Mia Arodio was noted for the Ram squad.
The Demarcation Point crew notched a 9-1 win at the expense of Waverunner Communication.
Ammaturo was a six-goal man in this outing, and Samantha Soda got the other three, as well as player of the game recognition. Andrew Oppedisano connected for the Communicators.
There were a couple of close games July 26. Langdon's got by Sabrina 10, courtesy of a goal by Harrison Caines, who was also named player of the game. Luca Turkiewicz was
cited at the other end.
Demarcation Point
notched another win, this time a 2-0 verdict over Orr and Forster. Ammaturo handled the scoring duties in this match and Julianna Adamusiak was player of the game. Julianna D'Orazio was cited for her play at the other end of the field.
Last Monday saw the Demarcation folks collect another close win. This time, it was a 4-3 decision over Langdon's. Ammaturo got three goals in the winning cause, and player of
the game honours, while Soda rounded out the scoring for the side. Caines connected twice for the Bus kids, and Jackson got the other goal and player of the game recognition.
Clearview notched a 6-0 win over McPhillips Durkin. Andrew Warner collected three of the goals for the winners, while singles were notched by Christine Diceman, Daniel Hubbard and Ryan Marshall. Hubbard was named player of the game, while Cameron Hudspith drew similar recognition at the other end of the field.
Other action that evening saw Sabrina beat Ram Iron and Metal 11-0. Barone was player of the game with seven goals, while Lucas Critelli and Luca Panziera each scored two. Tristan Vosylius was tops for the Iron and Metal side.
Last Wednesday saw the Moyer Quarries side edge Clearview 3-2. Carson Moyer notched the three markers for the winners and Gabriel Zambon was top player. Macenzie Taffo and Daniel Hubbard did the scoring for Clearview, and Christine Diceman was player of the game.
