HAPPY RETIREMENT DUKE!
You might not have known him, but you definitely knew his work. Thursday, after 32 years of taking care of the Township's roads, Paul "Duke" Duggan hung up his radio and took on a new assignment; retirement. For more than three decades, Duke maintained Township roads, shoveled snow, cut grass, removed trees, took care of culverts and rescued stranded motorists - just to name a few of his many roles. In short, his contributions to the betterment of King were felt by all residents. The staff of the Township will miss the country and western songs over the twoway and the ever-present smile.
